Komal Pandey is an Indian YouTuber and content creator, specialising in fashion and couture. She gained popularity from working for the popular fashion community POPXO, where she used to work as a fashion stylist and comedian. Later on, she resigned and created her own YouTube channel to post fashion content.

Komal Pandey was born on 18th June, 1994 in Delhi, India to a Hindu Brahmin family. Not much is known about her family or what her parents’ names and occupations are, but she has a younger brother named Micku. Komal was a much awaited girl child as she was born after several years of her family bearing only make children. So it can be assumed that she was quite pampered growing up. She is also very close to her family.
Komal Pandey wanted to become a teacher when she was little. She would grab her mother’s dupatta and glasses and would act like a teacher to her little brother. But as she grew up, her focus turned towards fashion. While in college, she got more passionate about fashion, and she used to post pictures of her outfits on her Facebook and Instagram pages. Her friends then suggested she open a blog, which then started her journey as a fashion influencer.

Komal Pandey used to post pictures of her outfit on her social media pages, when she got suggested by her friends and boyfriend at that time to start blogging. Thus, she started a fashion blog called, The Fashion Couture. She aimed at aspiring young college students like herself to make fashion an everyday thing, saying that fashion is not just for the high, elite class people. She started her blog in 2012.
After she graduated from college, she was hired by popular online women’s beauty and fashion community PopXO, where she worked as a comedy and fashion video coordinator. She started her job in November, 2015 and soon became a fan favourite. She worked for them for one and a half years, then resigned to start her own YouTube channel. Pandeystarted making different fashion related videos, like how to style and coordinate outfits, fashion hauls and so on. She is one of the most followed content creators in India.

Komal Pandey enjoys partying, reading and working. She enjoys drinking red wine, and she is an avid dog lover. Komal Pandey’s favourite travel destination is said to be Milan in Italy, and she considers Gigi Hadid as her fashion inspiration. Her favourite colour is white, her favourite actress is Karishma Kapoor and she enjoys South Indian Cuisine the most.
Komal Pandey was in a relationship with Ravit Shrivastav, who was reportedly an analyst for Uber. Before that, when she was a college student, she was in a relationship with someone for four years. When this relationship ended, Komal was quite heartbroken and tried very hard to settle differences with her boyfriend. Unfortunately, it was not successful.
Currently, she is in a very happy relationship with Siddharth Batra, who is also a fashion blogger specialising in men’s fashion. They often collaborate on projects and post pictures and videos with each other on their social media pages.
